- Flex Unlike other no contract cell plans, Pure TalkUSA's Flex Plan moves with you! Each month, you'll start by paying $10 for 130 minutes. When you go over those minutes, your account adjusts to the next level. All minutes rollover and never expire! Place a maximum on your account to never spend more than you want for your cell phone service!
