Can I keep my existing number?
Yes! Place your order just like normal. When you call Customer Service to activate your new Pure TalkUSA service, simply tell us to activate your new Pure Talk SIM or phone and we'll start the process of porting your number to your Pure TalkUSA Service. You will be notified when the porting process is complete.
How do I pay my bill every month?
A credit card or debit card is required to purchase your Pure TalkUSA service. Your date of purchase becomes your anniversary date. Each month, on your anniversary date, your credit card or debit card on file will be charged another $10 for the current's month service and your account will be updated with another 101 minutes and $10 balance. You will be emailed a copy of your invoice each month and your account detail can be viewed anytime by logging in through the Pure TalkUSA web site.
Is the Pure TalkUSA service good nationwide?
Yes. You can be sure that your Pure TalkUSA service will work on the nationwide GSM network. There are NEVER any roaming or long distance charges. See the "Coverage Map" tab on this site for more details.
What if I go over 101 minutes in a month?
Need more than 101 minutes per month? No problem! You can always purchase more minutes in $10 increments or you can sign up for our Flex Plan. With the Flex plan, you set your maximum spending limit for a month-long period. If you talk more than 101 minutes during a month, we will automatically adjust your plan to the next level and bill your credit card accordingly. Minutes will be purchased in $10 increments, and we will continue to adjust your plan as needed until you reach the maximum amount you would like to spend. Best of all, the Flex Plan adjusts to your usage needs, so you will begin the following month at the base plan. Don't forget, unused minutes rollover and never expire! What type of warranty is offered with Pure TalkUSA phones?
- There is a limited 90-day warranty on all handsets purchased. Please contact Pure TalkUSA to receive your RMA number for all warranty claims. *Customer pays shipping charges.
- There is a 14-day money back guarantee on all products. Please contact Pure TalkUSA Customer Service to cancel your account and receive your RMA number.
- Does not cover normal wear and tear or negligence by the subscriber.

How do I know if my phone is unlocked or compatible?
If your phone was through the following carriers, it is not compatible. Verizon, Sprint/Nextel, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Page Plus. If your existing phone was used with T-Mobile, TracFone, Net10 or other GSM providers, it will have to be unlocked to work with our services. To check to see if it is unlocked, simply place a different type of SIM chip in it. The phone will show that SIM carrier on your phone if your phone is unlocked. If your phone is AT&T or Cingular, our SIM chip should be compatible.
