Pure Talk SIM cards are universal and come with standard, micro, and nano sizes. If your new phone needs a smaller size SIM card than your current phone, then simply pop out the smaller card contained within your current SIM card. If your new phones requires a larger SIM card than your current phone and you no longer have all three pieces of your SIM, you may order a replacement SIM by contacting Customer Support at 1-877-820-7873 or by dialing 611 from your Pure Talk phone.
No, not at all. You can keep your current phone number and use it on our service. You just need to make sure you don't cancel service with your current carrier. If you do that before we port it over, you will lose your number. Contact Customer Support at 1-877-820-7873 or dial 611 from your Pure Talk phone to begin the number porting in process.
Pure Talk processes all port requests on the day you activate your service. The time it takes to port is dependent on how quickly your current carrier responds to our port request. Typically, your number is ported within hours but there have been instances where it has taken several days. Safely, we like to say 1 - 5 days.
