Device Return Period: Consumers can return or exchange devices only during the return period and only if the device was
purchased directly from Pure TalkUSA online or through a Pure TalkUSA live phone representative. The return period is 0 - 14 days for a full refunds less applicable fees.
Consumers will be responsible for a $39 restocking fee on all returned devices up to $400. All other returns of $400.01 or greater will pay a 10% restocking fee. On all Apple device returns there will be a 10% restocking fee. All Apple devices MUST BE IN LIKE NEW CONDITION in order
to receive a refund.
Device Condition:All devices sent back to Pure TalkUSA must be in like-new condition with no physical or water damage and in the manufacturer's original packaging. Returned devices must also include original components including device, battery, charger, manual and unopened software. If anything is missing or device is not in like-new condition, your shipment MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Items not bought directly from Pure TalkUSA or devices purchased from Sears/Kmart retail locations or through Sears/Kmart online.
How to Return or Exchange Your Device: If you bought the device online at PureTalkUSA.com or over the phone from Pure TalkUSA, call customer service at 1-877-820-7873 for an RMA number. Once you receive your RMA #, you will mail the device back to Pure TalkUSA, and must be postmarked during the applicable return period (0 - 14 days of receipt of device). Be sure to keep your tracking number.

Prior to returning your device, your Apple ID and password are required before anyone can:
Turn off Find My iPhone on your device
Sign out of iCloud on your device
Erase and reactivate your device
If you want to give away or sell your device, be sure to erase your content and settings (in Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings). When you erase your content, Find My iPhone and Activation Lock are also turned off.
Mail Your Return:Make a copy of the invoice or receipt and keep original for your records. Remove confidential, proprietary or personal information from device. Please refer to your device manual for instructions. Pack in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Include ALL original components including device, battery, charger, manual and unopened software. If anything is missing or device is not in like-new condition, your shipment MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. For specific return instructions please call customer care and a representative will be happy to assist you 1-877-820-7873. Depending on the reason for return, shipping charges may apply. Your refund for a return will be made through the original payment method (credit, debit, etc.) and may take up to two months to process depending on your financial institution. We may also reduce the amount of the refund for restocking fees and/or shipping charges. Pure TalkUSA reserves the right to reject equipment returns that do not comply with the Return Policy. Please remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information before returning your equipment. Pure TalkUSA is not responsible for information left on returned equipment or devices.
At the discretion of Pure TalkUSA, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for a missing item, or for items that we determine are damaged or require service. If you return and we accept your merchandise within the return period, we will refund your purchase price, subject to the restocking fee. Purchases made by credit card or gift card will be refunded by check, credit card or gift card, respectively.
Additionally, you should wipe any removable or portable memory card modules that come with your device, and you should retain or destroy any added removable or portable memory cards or modules (such as a SIM Card or SD Card) in order to help protect sensitive information, such as mobile banking information.
You will also be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date. If you paid a security deposit, it may take between 30 and 60 days to process the return of your security deposit. The charges for any service used on the account before the service termination date may be applied against your security deposit.
For items purchased through SmartPay:Your device is subject to the standard Pure TalkUSA Device Return
Policy and return period of 0-14 days. All refunds submitted after the 14 day period should be returned directly to Smart Pay, regardless of manufacturer, and become subject to SmartPay Return Policy. For more information please click here.
