PURE TALKUSA CANCELLATION AND DEVICE RETURN POLICY
Pure TalkUSA is a no contract service and can be cancelled at any time. If customer cancels before service has been activated, a full refund will be issued to the method of payment that was originally charged. However, once service has been activated, no refunds will be issued for any portion of unused monthly service plan.
DEVICE RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for return, devices must have been purchased directly from the Pure TalkUSA website or a live Customer Service Representative. Customers have 14 days from receipt of the device to contact Customer Service at, 1-877-820-7873, to obtain a valid Return Authorization. The device must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of the device to be eligible for a refund. A restocking fee of $10 or 20%, which ever amount is greater may apply. No refunds will be granted or returns accepted after 14 days from customer receipt. Pure TalkUSA is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages. We recommend that you use a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number. Return shipments will be mailed back at the customers' expense. Any returns shipped with "postage due" will be refused and returned to sender. All returns should be mailed to:

Devices must be returned in like-new condition, in the original box and free from cracks, scratches, liquid or other damage, free from engravings or items fastened that alter the original out of box appearance. Returns must include all original packaging with all original components including but not limited to: handset, charger, battery, battery cover, manuals, and accessories.
Prior to returning your device, all personal data should be erased and all security features should be disabled or removed. Activation locks must be disabled: Find My iPhone and Android lock. If you attempt to return a device with the locks in place your return will not be accepted. Please refer to your device manual for instructions.
Pure TalkUSA does not exchange devices. If an exchange is necessary you must follow the instructions for returning the handset and purchase a new one. SIM cards are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.
No returns will be accepted or refunds issued on devices that do not meet the conditions of the "Device Return Policy". Policy is subject to change.
